We no longer ship with USPS as they are taking up to 6 weeks to deliver within the Continental United States and losing countless other packages. We understand that some people live in areas that are charged a Remote Area Surcharge by UPS and DHL. If you live in one of these areas and need us to use USPS, we can send you an agreement to sign and we can invoice you to send it USPS.
The United States Post Office processing facilities are experiencing significant delays. All packages are taking 3-5 weeks on average to arrive despite that they are saying 1-5 days on the USPS website.
We are happy to replace your order if it is lost. Packages are considered lost by the mail carrier if they have been outstanding for 8 weeks or more.
International Customers: We recommend choosing DHL for your shipping as UPS is slower and are misplacing packages on occasion. If you choose to refuse or send back your package to avoid the charges you are responsible for the return shipping fees and they will be deducted from your refund when the package arrives back.
